Message	in the eyes of law enforcement in a lot of states. Most people tend to have plate frames and the like that obscure just enough of the plate to make identification that much harder. There are many other reasons they require it here. I mean, it's not like I agree with it, I'm just saying I don't expect the nation to take hold of not requiring it :( If you think defending quality shops and site sponsors with proven records makes him a whore, then you are the ones with the problem.
